    What a useless documentary!
The hair that comes from the Indian temples are shorn off--and not just cut off! Apparently this detail is very important to wig makers.
Also the Indian hair can be curled or waved ----East Asian hair works only for straight styles.
The temple hair is available in huge quantities and at one location---so I can't imagine any lone hair buyer going house to house competing with that!!

How would you feel watching your mum sell her hair to pay bills and food? I wouldn't be able to look. In this rich world we justify shaving the hair off the heads of the poor for richer, and frankly vain, people because they can then eat long term...for all the sentimental looped music and garden setting: this is rather tasteless to say the least. Remember: she didn't want to sell her hair. The poor of this world are exploited even down to claiming parts of their bodies - in dangerous long hours of labour, prostitution and this kind of theft. And: fake hair extensions look cheap, pretentious, and out-dated just like fake tans, nasty acrylic nails, and big fake body parts. If your hair falls out - like mine - buy a hat or a scarf.

Buying hair from India is wearing a shrine, a caurse or a promise. You don't know what you are wearing on your head.

I refuse to buy human hair, or wear them, but watching this video, and the young man from Vietnam, doing good to up lift others, and not depriving them with a fake promise of a blessing like in India, I will buy his hair. Bravo to Mr. Honorable Dan .
